Appointment Policy
Our clinic works on appointment base policy .Most of our clients prefer to have appointments for bringing their pet into the clinic. It saves valuable time for them since they don’t need to wait in the clinic when there will be empty slot so their animal will be checked.
People coming without appointment are welcomed but they need to take into consideration that they will have to wait their turn until scheduled appointments are finished.
Please book an appointment with our reception stuff so it will save your time.
Cancellation Policy
We are requesting if someone is canceling their appointment to do it as soon as possible so it will give us a chance to book another animal in that time.
Payment Policy
We are accepting payments in cash or by credit cards.
The credit card system does not accept American Express cards. We
also do not accept cheques.
*in case the animal need to be hospitalized we might ask to place a deposit for the further treatment.
* all the pending payments need to be settled before discharging the pet from the clinic.
Home Visit Policy
Vetcare –Veterinary Medical Centre does home visits. The charge for such visit is 150 dhs with in 10 kg radius from the clinic.
Patient Arrival Policy
The animals arriving for surgeries, teeth scaling, grooming, or other diagnostic procedures should be in the clinic by 9.00 am, if not advised otherwise by the vets. Prior to the arrival the animal should be taken for a walk to finish their morning toilet routine.
how to prepare your pet for surgery
The animal should be without food for at least 12 hours. Normally the last meal should be around 7 pm the day before. The animals must have no restriction to drink water.
Post OP Guideline
The post op guidelines would be explained by the clinic nurse or the vet while taking your animal home.
